If you need to choose a GIA diamond for your order, you will need to the "Select Diamond" step. In order to protect the rights of both parties, after you complete the order, ALUXE customer service staff will contact you again to confirm the order before the order is officially formed.

In order to provide a comprehensive service to customers, ALUXE provides you with in-store pick-up service, free delivery in Taiwan, delivery to other island in Taiwan, and global FEDEX EXPRESS.

Domestic Delivery (Taiwan)

"When the shopping process is completed, an e-order will be automatically sent to your mailbox. If your order and payment are completed by 3 pm on the same day, if the goods is in stock will be delivered to your home through t-cat logistics on the second day (working day).
Cutomized products are generally completed within about 10-15 working days (excluding holidays, still subject to actual order time). All ALUXE products which are shipped to main island of Taiwan is free shipping."

  • Delivery to surrounding islands of Taiwan will be charged for NT$200. (Some areas do not provide home delivery service.)
  • Please contact our customer service 02-2781-5659 to confirm the return process.

Global Delievery

"When the shopping process is completed, an e-order will be automatically sent to your mailbox. If the goods are in stock, the goods will be shipped on the second day (working days) after the order is confirmed. Non-stock orders are generally shipped within 10-15 working days (excluding holidays, still subject to actual order time).We use FEDEX EXPRESS service, which will be delivered within 7 working days in Asia, and will be sent within 7-10 working days outside Asia (this is the number of days shipped, excluding custom-made days) , the delivery time varies from country to country, please ask the service staff to help you confirm)."

  • For global delivery service, depending on the delivery area, shipping fee will cost approximately NT$2,500. Shipping fee may be different according to areas. Please contact ALUXE service line 02-2781-5659 for details.
  • Please noted that the shipping fee does not include tax. If the price of your item exceeds the tax-free range of any country, the tax fee will be charged from the consumers.

24h delivery

Choose your payment

In order to fully serve customers, ALUXE provides you with credit card payment, credit card 3-month installment payment, cash on delivery, ATM transfer payment, Alipay payment service.

Free return within 7 days

If you need to return or exchange during the free return period, you can contact the customer service staff: 02-2781-5659 to determine the return method.

Returning Process

If you want to apply for a return, please keep the product completely new within the seven days from the date of arrival of the goods.
Because ALUXE sells items of high unit price, to protect the rights of both parties, please call ALUXE Customer Service Center 02-2781-5659, we will arrange a home delivery company to contact you and retrieve the goods within 5 working days. Please pack the returned goods properly, and provide the pick-ups from the home delivery staff at the appointed time, and please keep the delivery documents. The shipping fee cost when the goods are returned or exchanged shall be borne by the purchaser.
Return and exchange of goods must be in a new state and complete packaging. Please maintain the integrity of the goods (including the main products, internal and external packaging, random documents), if there are gifts, accessories, please return together. After we receive the goods, the head office will conduct inspection and integrity checks. Refunds methods will be the same as your payment method.

Please notice the condition below which is not returnable

  • Customized and special product (For example, special ring size, customized ring, or engraved product)
  • Exceed the 7-days-return-free period
  • Products that has missing parts, damaged, scratched, dirty, no receipt, or any damaged packaging.

A 7-days-return-free period is not for trial. Therefore, you must keep the product brand new and well packaged when returning. Otherwise, we will not process your returning request.

Credit card refund

The bank will refund the money directly to your credit card account. The correct refund time is based on your card checkout date. If you apply for refund before your checkout date, you will receive your payment in the next month. If you apply after the checkout date, you will receive your payment in the month after next month. This process is directly handled by the bank. Occasionally, the situation of the refund time could be long depending on the banking process.

Shopping Security Statement
